This next video presents two of my biggest musical interests. First of all, the composer, Mr. Eric Whitacre, is a phenomenal composer. His choral works are among my favorite pieces of all time. The video is actually not sung as it was written by Whitacre, however, being an arrangement for a marimba quartet. The marimba is a beautiful instrument, both as far as it sounds and how it looks. Marimba is one of my passions, and I'm really excited when I get the chance to play one for a while. That's why I'm really excited right now about going to a music festival/camp for a few weeks. Marimba! And I'm talking about a nice one: Marimba One. Anyway, enough rambling. Without further ado, here is the TorQ percussion quartet playing Eric Whitacre's "Sleep."
